Embroidered Hats

Custom embroidered hats start at $25 each with our base hat style and standard embroidery options. Final pricing may increase depending on the hat style, embroidery style, number of embroidery locations, design complexity, and upgraded options such as 3D puff embroidery, premium hat styles, side/back embroidery, or additional customization.

Each order includes one hat style, one hat color, and one design. Additional hat styles, colors, or designs will require a separate 12-hat minimum for the first order.

We offer a large selection of hat styles and colors to choose from, and we’ll confirm all options and final pricing with you before production begins.

First time orders have a minimum requirement of 12 hats. Reorders are available with a smaller minimum of only 6 hats.
