Do I Wet Apply The Decals?

No! Do NOT use any application fluid when installing your wrap! We use premium materials with air egress built in to the adhesive to ensure a bubble free installation using a DRY application method.

Application fluids of any kind will get trapped in the air egress channels and will ruin your wrap.

Should I Wax My Car Before Installation?

NO! Do NOT apply a wax compound of any kind before installation! Doing so will prevent your wrap from adhering to the vehicle and ruin your wrap.

What Is The "Hinge" Method?

When applying large decals or side wraps, the hinge method is the simplest way to lock the vinyl down and break the installation up in to two smaller sections.

You can see below how the painters tape is running down the center of the wrap to lock it down. Then, one half is peeled back and the backing paper is cut or torn close to the hinge point. You can then work AWAY from the hinge, holding the vinyl slightly away from the surface it is being installed on to.

How Do I Care For My Wrap?

First and foremost, keep your wrap clean to ensure longevity. Wash your wrap regularly using a mild soapy water solution and a microfiber towel. Be careful around overlays and other edges so you don't accidentally peel the vinyl away.

Keep your vehicle inside a garage or trailer if possible. Your wrap has a UV protective laminate to protect your wrap. However, the less exposure to the sun your wrap gets, the longer it will last. This is especially true with fluorescents which will begin to fade rapidly if left outside.

If you notice any bubbles or edges lifting, you can use a heat source to heat the adhesive up and press the material back down. If you notice dirt and grime on the adhesive, the best solution is to cut the vinyl away so there is a solid seal once again. Not cutting the vinyl away will cause the material to continue to lift and build up more debris.

Do NOT use a pressure washer to clean your wrap. The high pressure can cut through your wrap and cause permanent damage.
