Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. At L5 Graphix, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom graphics designed to meet your specific needs. We want you to be happy with the work we provide. However, due to the custom nature of our business, we do not offer returns or refunds once a project has been completed and delivered.

Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the scope of the project. It is important to review this information carefully. Any changes or revisions needed should be communicated promptly before work begins.

Design Process
We provide initial drafts or concepts for your review. During this stage, you can request revisions to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Once you approve the final design and it is delivered, the project is considered complete.

Color Matching
While we make every effort to match colors as closely as possible to your specifications, please be aware that we cannot guarantee a perfect color match. Due to differences in screen calibration and settings, the colors you see on your monitor may vary from what is displayed on different devices or printed materials. We recommend reviewing your design on multiple screens if possible, but ultimately, slight color variations may occur.

No Refunds
As all projects are custom and made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with the final design, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can discuss possible adjustments. We strive to ensure you are happy with the outcome of your project, but once the final product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Revisions
We offer a set number of revisions as part of our standard service. After this, additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity of the changes requested. Please refer to your project agreement for details on the number of revisions included.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before the design work begins, you may do so for a full refund of any payments made. Once design work has commenced, cancellation is not possible, and no refunds will be issued.
