How does an L5 Graphix Team Store Work?
We make it easy for churches, race teams, organizations, schools, clubs, and other groups to offer professional merchandise without having to manage inventory, collect payments, sort orders, or distribute apparel.
We handle the entire process from start to finish:

Once your store is live, your customers place and pay for their orders directly through the online store. L5 Graphix handles production and fulfillment so you can focus on your team or organization instead of managing apparel orders.
How much does it cost to open a team store?
Opening an L5 Graphix Team Store is currently FREE with the purchase of a shirt design.
Custom shirt designs start at $100 per design.
Car illustrations using elements from our existing illustration library start at $50. If you would like a completely custom illustration of your vehicle, custom car illustrations start at $150.
Once your artwork is approved, we'll handle the setup of your online Team Store.

do I need to purchase inventory upfront?
No.
One of the biggest advantages of an L5 Graphix Team Store is that you don't have to purchase boxes of apparel hoping it sells.
Your customers order directly through the store, and we produce their items as orders are placed.
That means no collecting order forms, no chasing payments, no guessing what sizes to purchase, and no leftover inventory sitting in your garage or trailer at the end of the season.
do I have to collect orders or distribute apparel?

Customers place and pay for their own orders through your online store. We handle production, packaging, and fulfillment.
You don't have to collect money, sort shirts by size, organize pickup days, or keep track of who ordered what.
We designed the process to make offering team merchandise as hands-off as possible for you.
how quickly are team store orders fulfilled?
One of our priorities is keeping Team Store fulfillment fast and dependable.
Because we stock many of our most commonly offered garments and produce orders in-house, we can typically fulfill Team Store orders much faster than traditional bulk-order programs.
Fulfillment times can vary depending on the product, garment availability, order volume, and time of year. Specialty products or garments that we don't regularly stock may require additional production time.
Our goal is always to get your customers their products as quickly as possible without sacrificing print quality.
what products can I offer in my team store?
Our core Team Store offerings include popular apparel and headwear options that we regularly stock and are able to fulfill efficiently.
Common options include:
- T-shirts
- Hoodies
- Trucker hats
- Flexfit hats
We can also add additional products such as:
- Long-sleeve shirts
- Crewneck sweatshirts
- Full-zip hoodies
- Polos
- Specialty apparel
- Additional hat styles
Additional garments may require a $50 setup fee per item.
Because we may not keep these specialty products in the same quantities as our standard Team Store garments, fulfillment times can sometimes be slightly longer.
If you have a specific product in mind, just ask. We have access to a large selection of garments and will help determine what works best for your store.
can I choose different garment colors?
Absolutely.
We offer a variety of garment colors depending on the product and design.
Not every design works equally well on every garment color, so we'll help you choose combinations that reproduce well and look great.
If we feel a certain design, print, or garment combination could negatively affect the finished product, we'll let you know before adding it to the store.
how are the shirts printed?
We primarily use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing for our Team Store apparel.
DTF allows us to produce vibrant, detailed, full-color designs while also giving us the flexibility to produce individual orders without requiring teams to purchase large quantities upfront.
Not all DTF printing is created equal. We've spent considerable time testing our materials, equipment, print settings, garment combinations, and file-preparation process to achieve prints with excellent color, detail, and durability.
Because some large or heavily printed designs can feel different depending on the garment and ink coverage, we'll also let you know if we feel a particular combination may result in a heavier print feel.
We would rather be transparent before production than sell you something we don't believe will turn out well.
do I receive the artwork files?
Your design is included for use on products produced through L5 Graphix and your L5 Graphix Team Store.
If you would like to take the artwork to another printing provider, production-ready artwork files can be released for an additional $150.
We'll provide an appropriate production file and are happy to help make sure the artwork is supplied in a format your printer can use correctly.
can my team or organization make money from our team store?
Absolutely.
Participating teams and organizations earn a 5% royalty on Team Store sales.
We know apparel sales are often an important fundraising tool, and moving to an on-demand Team Store shouldn't mean giving up the opportunity to generate money for your program.
Royalties can be provided as L5 Graphix store credit for future projects or by digital check.
That means your Team Store can provide your fans with great merchandise while continuing to help support your organization.
can you handle more than just our team store apparel?

We're a full-service print shop, so we can help your organization with much more than shirts and hats.
Depending on your needs, we can provide products such as:

what happens if one of my customers has a problem with their order?
We want both you and your customers to feel confident ordering from an L5 Graphix Team Store.
If there's a production issue, incorrect item, or another problem with an order, customers can contact us directly and we'll work with them to resolve it.
You shouldn't have to become the customer-service department for your Team Store.
Because we handle the printing and fulfillment ourselves, we're able to work directly with the customer and determine the best solution.
can you create a custom design for my team?
Absolutely.
Graphic design is a major part of what we do.
Whether you already have a clear idea or simply know that you want something unique for your team, we'll work with you to develop artwork that fits your brand, audience, and products.
If you already have usable artwork, we can also review it and determine whether it's ready for production.
can I add new designs or products to my store later?
Yes.
Your Team Store doesn't have to remain exactly the same forever.
New designs, products, seasonal merchandise, event-specific apparel, or other items can be added as your needs change.
Additional design or product setup charges may apply depending on what you'd like to add.
